Similarly, Apple believes that consumers would keep buying anything in their packaging without asking for any significant innovation or improvements. The valuation of both of these companies reflects a broader truth about the modern market that capital now rewards control of ecosystems, not the creation of new ones. This surge in Apple’s market valuation proves that big tech companies can keep their stock sky-high even without groundbreaking new products. It shows that the stock market is less interested in innovation and more in brand strength, ecosystem control, and consistent revenue streams.
